Brewing beer has never been this easy with the Black Rock Malt Extract Brewing can that makes 23L of beer. 

Black Rock Classic Brown Ale is crafted using a carefully selected blend of malts, including MaltEurop Pilsner, Gladfield Chocolate, and Gladfield Aurora. This combination results in a rich, malty flavor profile with a deep brown color. The NZ Green Bullet hops provide a moderate bitterness that perfectly balances the malt sweetness, creating a smooth and enjoyable drinking experience.

This Brown Ale is distinguished by its robust malt character and subtle chocolate notes, making it a delightful choice for those who appreciate a well-rounded and flavorful beer. The addition of specialty malts enhances the complexity of the brew, offering a satisfying depth of flavor that is both comforting and refreshing.

IBU: 25, SRM: 12

Malt: 88% MaltEurop Pilsner, 5% Gladfield Chocolate, 2% Gladfield Aurora.

ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1.7kg Black Rock Amber UME)

Hops, (bittering): NZ Hops Green Bullet™

1.7kg brew can containing hopped liquid malt extract

Yeast

Basic instructions on back of can

Recommend to be brewed with Beer Enhancer 1 to increase body and mouth feel or 1kg Dextrose/sugar (available under brewing sugars)

What do I need to get started? 

Basic brew kit - Fermentation bucket, capper, airlock, bottling tube ect. 

Empty bottles (Not twist top bottles) and caps.    

Carbonation sugar (Dextrose work best).
